Sue Outson

Sue Outson is a co-owner and partner at Lincoln Wellness Group, enjoying a remarkable career spanning three decades as a mental health counselor, executive coach, and organizational consultant. Armed with an undergraduate degree in Speech and Drama, as well as a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology, Sue is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP #2129).

Whether delivering a compelling keynote presentation, facilitating a counseling session, or enlightening audiences through educational seminars, Sue consistently garners positive reviews. Her unique ability to explore profound topics with a blend of humor and practical strategies leaves a lasting impression.

Sue's approach to mental health counseling is rooted in a strength-based methodology, firmly holding the belief that the gravity of an issue should not dictate the duration of counseling. Her clients commend her transparent and pragmatic approach to demystifying a process often shrouded in mystery.

This exceptional counselor, coach, and consultant finds immense joy in her adult children, her tranquil backyard oasis, maintaining an active lifestyle, and doting on her adorable grandchild, aptly named "Sage." She is also crafting a book titled "Flower Pots & A Dog Named Carol," a heartfelt dedication to her mother's 14-year battle with Alzheimer's disease.
