Quinn Fricke, PLMHP

I work with adults and teens on a variety of concerns, including anxiety and navigating life changes, with a special focus on mood disorders and mood regulation, such as depression, bipolar disorder, or feeling stuck in emotional cycles that are hard to get out of.

In therapy, I focus on what’s actually useful for you. I’m here to listen, ask real questions, and help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface, so you can make changes that feel meaningful and sustainable. My approach is practical and rooted in evidence-based tools, but flexible enough to meet you where you are. I offer both in-person sessions and telehealth for residents of Nebraska.

If you’re going through a tough time, feeling stuck, or just trying to make sense of things, therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and find clarity.

I received my Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston - Clear Lake and my Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. In my free time, I enjoy staying active outdoors, trying out new recipes, and researching genealogy to uncover stories from the past.

I offer a brief phone consultation free of charge and am happy to answer any questions via my email.
