Hi there! My name is Megan Failor and I am a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP) and Certified Professional Counselor (CPC). I hold a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Doane University, formerly Doane College.
Life can be a wonderful adventure, but it can also offer some bumps along the way. Starting or continuing any type of healing journey can feel overwhelming. It's so important you can work on this journey feeling heard, not judged, and supported along the way. Through the therapeutic relationship, clients I work with have a better ability to utilize compassion for themselves and others. In addition, we work together to challenge the thoughts, patterns, and actions that are preventing you from moving forward.
I am a true believer in the power of the therapeutic relationship. I truly believe you deserve to feel seen and heard. I also believe you should be able to live authentically equipped with tools to help you do so. It is my intention to provide a truly safe, empathetic, and empowering environment for you.
I utilize several approaches in working with clients to best suit their needs and goals. This is your journey and I will be here to guide and support you along the way.
