Jennifer is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (#3386) with an undergraduate degree in Psychology, a graduate degree in Clinical Counseling from Bellevue University and is a National Certified Counselor (NCC). Jennifer is a passionate therapist who has gained valuable skills in her roles working with children, adolescence, college students, adults, and families. She worked with children and families as a Case Manager and Family Centered Treatment Therapist within the Nebraska child welfare system and dove in the deep-end, learning the ropes of private practice and serving all age ranges, while attending University. Additionally, she worked with children, adolescents, and families in her role as a Behavioral Health Tech and Clinical Therapist Intern at the Boys Town Residential Treatment Facility. Jennifer is also a veteran of the United States Military, where she values meeting and serving veterans, active duty, and first responders in their individual experiences and differing cultural dynamics.

Jennifer approaches therapy from a reality and strength-based approach, where she firmly believes that you are the expert of your life; sometimes we just need someone to walk with us on our journey through the hills and valleys of life. Her clients appreciate her ability to balance humor, honesty, and compassion, while navigating life’s challenges. This enthusiastic and driven therapist enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and pups, exploring in her jeep, campfires, game nights, spending time with friends, and reading books. Jennifer also volunteers at a local equine center, where she is able to continue to learn and grow in her passion for horses, all while getting some exercise mucking stalls.
