Sue Outson

Sue Outson is a partner in Lincoln Wellness Group.

Sue has worked as both a mental health counselor, executive coach and organizational consultant for 25 years. She has an undergraduate degree in Speech and Drama and a graduate degree in Counseling Psychology. She is a Licensed Mental Health Practitioner (LMHP). Whether it is a keynote presentation, a counseling session or an educational seminar, Sue consistently receives enthusiastic reviews for her ability to discuss meaningful topics utilizing humor and realistic strategies.

Sue approaches mental health counseling from a strength based approach and believes that the severity of the problem should have nothing to do with the number of counseling sessions. Her clients appreciate her transparent and common sense approach to a process that is usually very mysterious.

This very talented counselor, coach and consultant finds great joy in her adult children, her back yard oasis, long distance running and a very cute beagle named “Toast”. She is also near completion of a book entitled “Flower Pots & A Dog Named Carol”. The book is dedicated to her mother who battled Alzheimer’s disease for 14 years.
