Kristal Flaming, M.A., LMHP, PLADC

Effective counseling is a mutual process that requires active participation by both counselor and client. Participation in counseling improves the client’s overall quality of life, regardless of the scope or severity of the challenges presented. Focusing on strengths and unique values helps people deal more effectively with problems, experience more successes, and celebrate more moments of joy.
