I am here for individuals and couples who are struggling with a brief significant event, or long term psychological disorder. If you want to work through grief, interpersonal distress, or significant life events, you are not alone and can benefit from therapy. Much of my career I have worked through the life span, from children to the elderly.

I am aware of the challenges faced throughout life's many chapters. Many individuals need assistance at some point in their life. Individuals seeking therapy may benefit from my warm, compassionate approach.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and music.
