Breanna Kaup

We all experience personal obstacles and, though difficult, it is these obstacles that actually create a place for personal growth, healthier selves, and better relationships. I am passionate about wading through life's waters with my clients and helping you find your best self on the other side of whatever is troubling you.

I have a special interest in women's wellness including mood disorders related to pregnancy and post-partum, self-esteem, anxiety/stress, grief & loss, life transitions, other general mood disorders, and family changes. We will not only focus on what brings you to therapy but also how you would like your life to be different when your therapy process is complete. I use evidence based techniques to guide you through those changes and support you every step of the way.

I love being a therapist and have been practicing since 2011. Much of this time has been spent with a local non-profit where I helped individuals and families achieve healthy life changes, as well as created and facilitated a therapy group for stress/anxiety management.  I am a strong advocate for pre and post-partum depression and anxiety screenings and enjoy collaborating with local medical providers to support the implementation of these screens as well as the proper treatment for their patients.
